Plutus helps founders find non-dilutive funding. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. We collect the minimum we need and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Plutus is operated by Humancraft AI. For any privacy request, email hello@humancraft-ai.com. We act as the data controller for the information described below.
What we collect

| Company website (optional) | Only if you provide it — to sharpen your matches. |
| Checker answers | Region, stage, sector, R&D and incorporation status — to compute your matches. |
| Technical signal | A one-way hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store your raw IP in our records. |
Why we use it (lawful basis)
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box when you submit the form. We use it only to:
- Match you to funding sources and email you the result;
- Send a weekly digest of new funding windows and tips;
- Reply to you if you contact us.
Who we share it with
No one for marketing or sale. Your data is stored on our hosting provider's servers and is not passed to advertisers or data brokers. We will only disclose data if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe links are in every email, and you can email us to be removed at any time.
Your rights
Under the UK/EU GDPR and Singapore's PDPA you can ask us to:
- Access the data we hold about you;
- Correct it if it is wrong;
- Delete it (right to erasure);
- Receive a copy in a portable format;
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Email hello@humancraft-ai.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your regulator — the ICO in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the PDPC in Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Our lead records are stored in a location that is not publicly accessible, and your IP is held only in hashed form. No method is perfectly secure, but we keep the data we hold to a minimum to limit any exposure.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be notified by email where appropriate.
